Today is the Easter Day Celebration in Rushworth, Australia...
According to Wikipedia, Rushworth is a township in Victoria, Australia. It is located 157 kilometres(98miles) north of Melbourne and at the 2006 census, had a population of 2066. Rushworth was established during the Victorian gold rush in 1853 and was named in 1854 by poet and later local Goldfields Commissioner Richard Henry Horne. It is believed to be named after a Mr.Rushworth or because it was worth the rush to go to the goldfields around the town. The Post Office opened on 16 September 1857. The goldfields became no longer viable due to the underground water table and were closed uring the gold rush. However, a small new mine is being opened.
